1. What this page is
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for sourcing services. Any project we carry out is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement that describes the scope, deliverables, fees and responsibilities.
2. Inquiries and quotations
Submitting the request form or contacting us does not create a contract. Prices, lead times and supplier information shared during an inquiry are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation or agreement, and may change with specification, quantity or supplier conditions.
3. Our role and limits
- We search, verify, coordinate, inspect and report. We do not manufacture the goods.
- We do not guarantee supplier reliability, product compliance, price levels or delivery dates.
- We provide information and recommendations; commercial decisions and approvals remain yours.
- Import duties, customs clearance, product certification and destination-market compliance are the importer’s responsibility unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
4. Third-party costs
Samples, couriers, third-party audits, laboratory testing, travel and similar costs are additional to our fees. Where possible they are quoted before they are incurred.
5. Confidentiality and intellectual property
We treat product specifications, drawings and commercial terms you share as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed work. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any designs, trademarks or technical documents you send us.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the use of this website is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost orders.
7. Website content
The text, layout and images on this site are provided for information. Photography is used under the licenses credited in the site footer and does not depict our own facilities unless explicitly stated.
8. Governing law
